We Own Our Equipment
Our excavators, trailers, and trucks belong to us. That matters to you in two ways.
There is no rental markup passed through to your invoice. And there is no waiting on a rental yard’s availability when your schedule moves — if you need to start Thursday instead of Monday, we are not asking somebody else’s permission.
Asbestos Handled In-House
This is the part of demolition that derails schedules. Texas requires an asbestos survey before demolition of most commercial buildings and many older homes, and abatement requires state licensure.
Most demolition contractors subcontract it, which means a second company, a second schedule, and a project sitting idle while two vendors coordinate. We survey, abate, and demolish under one contract. More on asbestos abatement.
One Contract, Start to Finish
A demolition project involves permitting, asbestos, utility disconnects, the teardown itself, debris haul-off, and site grading. Split across multiple contractors, every handoff is a place for the schedule to fail and for someone to point at someone else.
We handle all of it. When something goes wrong, there is exactly one company to hold responsible, and it is us.
Licensed and Insured
- General liability insurance — certificates available on request, including additional insured endorsements for commercial work
- Workers compensation coverage for our crew
- TDSHS asbestos licensure
- Bonded for demolition permits where the City of Tyler requires it
Ask any demolition contractor for proof of both general liability and workers compensation before they start. If a crew member is injured on your property and the contractor has no coverage, that can become your problem.

How We Quote
We look at the property, then give you a firm number with the scope written out — what is being demolished, what is included, what is not, and what happens if the asbestos survey comes back positive.
