Demolition Service Area — Tyler & East Texas

Veteran Pro Demolition works throughout Tyler and the surrounding East Texas communities. We are based here, we know which permits are city and which are county, and we know where the disposal facilities are.

Cities We Serve

Tyler — our home base. Demolition services in Tyler.

We also work regularly in Flint, Troup, Chandler, Arp, Henderson, Mineola, Van, Overton, Big Sandy, Hideaway, Brownsboro, Frankston, New Summerfield, Gladewater, and the rural areas between them.

Not Sure If You Are In Range?

Call and ask. We travel further for larger projects — a commercial teardown justifies a longer haul than a shed removal does, and distance affects the estimate more than it affects whether we will take the job.

If you are outside our range, we will tell you rather than quoting a price that reflects an hour of driving each way.

Why Local Matters for Demolition

More than people expect.

Permitting differs by jurisdiction. The City of Tyler, Smith County, Gregg County, and Cherokee County each handle demolition permits their own way. A Tyler mailing address does not necessarily mean city jurisdiction. Knowing which desk to file at saves days. More on permits.

Disposal distance is real cost. Every load is a round trip, and a contractor coming from Dallas is charging you for their drive as well as ours.

Housing stock varies. We know roughly what era of construction to expect in different parts of the region, which informs how likely asbestos is before we ever pull a sample.
